BauderPIR thermal insulation in decline
As a rule, flat roofs must be built with a slope because stagnant water can cause damage. Bauder produces thermal insulation in the fall for the most diverse situations that can arise on the roof. High-quality thermal insulation made of hard polyurethane foam proved to be the best for this purpose.

BauderPIR T – maximum flexibility
For many years, Bauder has been offering the BauderPIR T fall thermal insulation system, a special fall insulation without lamination, in panels measuring 1.200 x 800 mm. Depending on the thickness, this diffuse thermal insulation has a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0,026 to 0,028. BauderPIR T in fall is produced to order and can be realized with a slope of 1-5% and a thickness of up to 400 mm. Delivery is made in slabs, with a delivery time of approximately 10 to 15 working days.
BauderPIR COMPACT – maximum safety
Thermal insulation in panels with extremely high compressive strength BauderPIR KOMPAKT is used in the system, BauderKOMPAKT, in which the waterproofing and thermal insulation are installed by immersion in hot bitumen and in this way are glued to each other, as well as to the substrate, thus forming one compact system.
BauderPIR FA in the fall – simple and fast
Do you suffer from short construction deadlines? Are you looking for quick solutions? This is exactly why Bauder has developed the high-quality insulation system BauderPIR FA in the fall.
The BauderPIR FA insulation in the fall consists of standardized panels coated with aluminum, dimensions 1.200 x 1.200 mm. This thermal insulation can be kept in stock and is available for delivery at short notice. With its slope of 2%, it ensures the reliable direction of water towards the downspouts, and with its excellent coefficient of thermal conductivity, WLS 022, it enables the best efficiency with a low height of the roof system. If greater thicknesses are required, BauderPIR FA can be installed in two layers - over BauderPIR FA flat panels as the first "base" layer. The non-reflective surface of the panels with visible printed markings enables easy and safe installation.
In addition, there are also innovative solutions for the design of bays and ridges, where we no longer work with special panels for them, but also with standardized elements. This makes the entire installation process simpler and faster, there is no searching and sorting, no cutting and leftovers - and that with the usual roof shapes and contours.
BauderPIR T LES – efficient surface drainage
Surface drainage systems are used to achieve an efficient performance of the transverse slope between gutters on the same roof surface, assuming an existing slope on a flat roof. In this way, the precipitation, which would otherwise remain in the deepest part of the roof, is directed towards the downspouts.
BauderPIR T LES surface drainage system has been proven in practice for many years - polyurethane thermal insulation with high compressive strength, excellent coefficient of thermal conductivity, high dimensional stability are just some of the known advantages. In order to make fast and efficient delivery possible, Bauder developed a solution with LES-sets.
While with the previous surface drainage system, its production was done for each project individually and production and waiting time had to be taken into account, BauderPIR T LES sets offer a whole range of advantages:

- the possibility of keeping materials in stock because the sets are standardized

- safe and easily processed packaging
