THERMODYNAMICS is a company based in Split that has been operating for many years. We employ over 100 employees in five locations (Zagreb, Split, Gornji Mihaljevec) and in the administration offices. For the needs of the waterproofing sector, we are looking for a candidate for the position: Sales manager for continental Croatia (M/F)
Responsibilities
Promotion, presentation and sale of products to retailers and contractors
Creating and maintaining a harmonious relationship with existing and new customers: construction companies, specialized waterproofing contractors, building material dealers and design offices
Expanding the distributor network and achieving planned sales results.
Sales and sales results, billing. Actively finding and obtaining new projects i Domestic Clients. Creation and maintaining a harmonious relationship with key partners.
Sales growth among existing customers and finding new customers. Responsibility for personal results.
Ideal profile
Knowledge of the building materials market is an advantage
Experience in sales with proven results
Willingness to travel frequently
Exceptionally developed communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Proactivity and goal orientation
Driving license B category
Knowledge of the English language
Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
