THERMODYNAMICS is a company based in Split. We employ over 100 employees in five locations (Zagreb, Split, Gornji Mihaljevec) and in the administration offices. For the needs of the waterproofing sector, we are looking for a candidate for the position: Sales and Logistics Administrator in Split (M/F)
Responsibilities
Receiving and processing customer purchase orders
Sales support in creating offers, contacting customers
Constant cooperation and support to the sales and logistics department
Organization of goods transportation
Daily communication with customers and carriers
Order planning
Preparation of reports and analysis
Office administration related to sales, procurement, deliveries and deliveries.
Ideal profile
VŠS/VSS (advantage, not a requirement)
Experience in similar jobs (an advantage, not a requirement)
Knowledge of the English language in speech and writing
Advanced use of MS Office packages
Organization, responsibility and meticulousness in relation to work
Prioritizing and coordinating tasks while maintaining focus on multiple different tasks
Communicativeness, readiness for teamwork
