Underlay plasters
Proven plaster systems for modern walls with high insulating properties
Plaster is a mixture of water, slaked lime and sand or mortar that is used to cover facades, walls and ceilings in order to achieve a flat surface after it hardens. It can be used on facades and interior spaces. Plaster systems are distinguished according to the type of material used, the method of processing and the function that the plaster should fulfill. WITH RÖFIX plasters you are always safe, because, in addition to being an aesthetically attractive element, they also serve as protection of the walls from the effects of the weather, both in outdoor and indoor spaces. In addition, plaster improves acoustic and thermal insulation, enables easier maintenance of walls and prepares them for further processing.
Plastering techniques
According to the method of installation, plastering can be divided into manual and mechanical. The oldest technique for leveling walls is manual plastering, which is very demanding and can result in a higher price. Machine plastering is applied with a compressor pump, and this method of plastering is fast and gives better results than manual plastering.
Plastering can have multiple purposes, technical, hygienic and aesthetic. The technical purpose of plastering is the painting of walls or the gluing of wallpaper, while in terms of hygiene, it closes the irregularity of joints and joints, and enables easier cleaning and maintenance of the wall. The aesthetic purpose is the design of the wall or ceiling surface in accordance with the architectural expression of the building.
