Thermodynamics helps others
Encouraged by the success of past actions, this year we decided to help another hospital department in Croatia. We wanted all patients to feel as comfortable as possible during hospital treatment, and for this reason we decided to arrange the otolaryngology department of KBC Split. As a company that was created in the city of Split, we felt that we should contribute and help our community. With the help of our partners, we carried out various construction works with material from our range.
In order to improve the stay of all patients, with the help of our partners we carried out the following works:
- Removal and demolition of existing installations
- Setting up new installations
- Installation of sanitary facilities
- Implementation and installation of waterproofing
- Laying of water and sewage pipes
- Installation of dimensions
- Installation of a shower channel
- Wall painting
- Alignment of walls and floors

The sanitary facility was in extremely bad condition and it was necessary to carry out various construction works, but with the good will and help of our partners, we managed to realize our idea.
In addition to the aforementioned works, we also participated in the donation of a special device that is intended to determine the equilibrium state and balance of patients and will greatly help all healthcare workers.

It is a multipurpose modular device that enables quick and reliable differentiation of peripheral and central vertigo. The special value of the device is in the diagnosis of acute vertigo, where it is more precise than the most sophisticated imaging tests such as CT and MR, and it also saves time and resources of the healthcare system. The device is the first choice in the diagnosis of balance disorders in children and youth.
