VOLBIT is a polymer-bituminous elastic coating filled with polystyrene granules designed for waterproofing and protection primarily of buried reinforced concrete walls. The system consists of two products; VOLBIT 1K and VOLBIT 2K. VOLBIT 1K is a product that is immediately ready for use, while before using VOLBIT 2K it is necessary to mix two components (the second component is a cement drying accelerator). VOLBIT 2K is most often used during colder weather so that the coating can dry faster and thereby speed up deadlines on the construction site. Both products boast characteristics such as elasticity, the ability to bridge cracks, and quick and easy installation.
